Wednesdays Office Hours: Join the entire HTRE Staff for a roundtable Q&A of any questions you have about any topic! Get help and advice, talk technology or marketing, industry changes, or hear about something new and imporant.

NEW AGENT TRAINING -- New to the business

Our Apprenticeship Training program is FREE and primes an agent for success. Home Towne Real Estate believes that as a brand new licensee it is VITAL to have a dedicated trainer for your benefit and business. That’s why we EMPLOY a full time trainer – not a competitor asked to help, or a volunteer. Our trainer teaches classes just for new licensees, holds weekly phone call check-ins, and guides you through your entire new licensee experience with HTRE.

State of the art coaching program! Private coaching for new agents, veterans, anyone looking for accountability, help, or to increase sales!

Our new agents are never left isolated, on an island, and receive direct coaching at multiple levels and through video, in person training, self-paced video, and even specially printed training manuals. Our new agents enjoy a 70/30 split while learning, before graduating to our 80/20 plan.

Home Towne agents are provided fully functional offices throughout the Southern Maryland region where kitchenettes, conference space, copying, printing, faxing and computer workstations are a given. Additionally, fax to email service, contact management, drip email marketing, personalized agent websites complete with MLS search, and much more are all a part of the package available to Home Towne agents.

Some brokerages use 'cutting edge' as a mean-nothing buzzword, but not at Home Towne Real Estate. Our Broker/Owner has a background in information technology. Ask other brokerages:
